Breadth Topic 1

A mechanical breadth will be done in relation to the MEP system design that already exists in each of the residential rooms. Since I intend on standardizing each room for the sake of modularization, I aim to redesign the MEP systems associated with the rooms as well. I will draw on my knowledge acquired from AE 310 as well as any other applicable courses.

Breadth Topic 2

A structural breadth will be performed on the proposed structural system changes I intend to make on Terrace Place at Vincentian. Since I propose to change the material that the structural system uses, I will need to do a structural analysis of the new system. I will draw on the coursework studied in AE 308 and AE 404 to complete this.
